Consult our doctors from the comfort of your home by video call, and have your medication delivered straight to your doorstep.
Each video consultation is $20 before GST. The consultation fee may be covered by your insurance, depending on your benefit coverage.
The confirmation of your appointment is dependent on the availability of our doctors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Conditions for which patients are able to provide a good history about and appear to be in stable condition, typically can be well-managed via a video consultation process. This includes stable patients with colds or flu-like symptoms, acute gastric pains or gastroenteritis, urinary tract infections, and minor injuries.
This also includes stable patients with chronic medical conditions like high blood pressure, cholesterol problems and asthma who may either need titration of their medication or topping up of their medications.
Regardless, should you be unclear if your condition lends itself well to video consultation, you may opt for a video consultation to help determine if you require a physical in-person consultation at the clinic or an Accident & Emergency Department.
We allocate 15 minutes for each video-consult. From our experience, this is ample time for our doctors to provide adequate and appropriate medical advice. However, should your condition prove to be more complicated and require more time for consultation, our doctors will definitely do their utmost to help you.
Do note that additional consultation time may be charged per 15 minute blocks.
For cash paying patients, each video consultation session will cost $20 before GST.
Before joining your video call, you are required to enter your credit/debit card on file.
You will only be charged should any payment be required. This includes payment for delivery or insurance copayments.
Yes! Certain insurance policies cover the consultation fees and medication charges, depending on your benefit coverage, but it currently does not cover delivery charges. Any copayment, if applicable, will have to be covered by the patient as per usual.
Some insurance policies may not allow for teleconsulations to be claimed. As such, you may opt to pay by credit card, or arrange for a physical clinic visit instead.
We assist with arranging third-party delivery services for medication delivery - these costs will be borne by the patient. These costs are determined by our third-party providers.
We currently use GrabExpress, Pandago, Qoo10 and Pickupp.
We will arrange your delivery for the next earliest slot available, and will update you accordingly.
Of course! Self-collection from any of our clinics can be arranged. Do let our doctor know at the end of your consultation.
These documents will be sent to you via email should you require them immediately.
